The German rider Pascal Ackermann (Bora - Hansgrohe) won Stage 5 of the 102nd Giro d'Italia, 140km from Frascati to Terracina. Fernando Gaviria Rendon (UAE Team Emirates) and Arnaud Demare (Groupama - FDJ) finished second and third, respectively.
